Hillsborough County Project Award

All of us at Brookstone Builders are happy to announce that we have been awarded roof replacement project by Hillsborough County of New Hampshire.

The scope of work will involve replacing 23,000 square feet of existing shingle roofs on three buildings at the county nursing home’s Mast Road campus in Goffstown, New Hampshire with metal roofs. The metal roofs are more durable and have a much longer life span than asphalt shingles. They are also more fire-resistant.

The facility will remain fully operational during construction, and all work will be done externally to avoid direct contact with personnel and residents during the pandemic.

Mark Brockelman will serve as Brookstone Builders’ Project Manager.

“We have completed numerous government projects over the years, and appreciate this award,” said Paula Scales, President of Brookstone Builders, Inc. “Our crews are well experienced with working in-and-around occupied space and are highly familiar with the enhanced safety and scheduling requirements as well as the extra noise and dust abatement protocols.”
