All of us here at Brookstone Builders, Inc. are happy to announce that we have recently been awarded a renovation project by the U.S. Navy.
The project will involve interior renovations and the creation of additional office space within an existing building (H23) at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.
The scope of work will include interior demolition, new flooring and walls, replacement of stair treads and doors, installation of new cabinetry, and finish work.
The project’s prime contractor will be Structural Associates Inc. out of East Syracuse, NY. Stephen Nichols will serve as Brookstone Builders’ Project Manager and architectural work is being handled by the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC).
